Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Learn Go mobile application ("Learn Go", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms are intended to comply with the Solana Mobile dApp Store Publisher Policy and the Solana Mobile dApp Store Developer Agreement, and with applicable law, including the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
1. The service
Learn Go is a Go (weiqi/baduk) learning application. It provides a board for playing Go against an engine opponent, and a built-in coach that can analyze the current position, suggest moves, and explain rules. The App is published by tanvir ("we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms on your own behalf.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Wallet connection
- To enter the App you must connect a Solana wallet using the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol.
- The connection shares only your public wallet address with the App. The App never accesses your private keys or seed phrase, never reads balances, and never signs or submits transactions on your behalf. Your keys remain in your wallet application.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and any device on which it is installed. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your wallet, device loss or theft, or your own actions.
- Nothing in these Terms creates a custodial relationship. Learn Go does not hold, transfer, or manage any digital assets on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh);
- create, store, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or that exploits or harms minors;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- mislead others about the identity, intent, or purpose of the App or your use of it;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, or to introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any device, network, or service, or circumvent any security protection;
- use the App to facilitate fraud, deception, or any illegal transaction;
- use the App to cheat in, or affect the gameplay of, other applications; or
- use the App in any way that is inconsistent with the Solana Mobile dApp Store Publisher Policy.
6. User content
The App does not host, display, or share user-generated content with any other user. Game records, settings, and other data you create in the App are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for any content you enter into the App, including questions you ask the built-in coach. The App does not provide a user-generated content community and is not subject to community moderation requirements.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, artwork, and branding, is owned by or licensed to tanvir and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT THE ENGINE OPPONENT OR COACH WILL PLAY OR ANALYZE AT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF STRENGTH OR ACCURACY. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER TANVIR NOR ANY RELATED PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP.
10. Solana Mobile Parties are not parties to these Terms
The Solana Mobile Parties (as defined in the Solana Mobile dApp Store Developer Agreement) are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with the App, including its operation, content, or any aspect of your use of it.
11. No financial advice
The App is an educational game tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Deleting the App removes its locally stored data. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this document and, where practical, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
